*Salary:* ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience + attractive performance-based incentives
*Role:*
You will be responsible for growing NORSH's B2B business by connecting with restaurants, hotels, cafés, QSRs and catering businesses.
The role includes:
- Finding and acquiring new B2B clients
- Visiting restaurants, hotels, cafés, QSRs and catering businesses
- Presenting and selling NORSH products
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing regular client orders and repeat business
- Coordinating with clients regarding order requirements and deliveries
- Following up on payments and future orders
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day client management
- Achieving sales targets and growing the HoReCa business
*Requirements:*
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field sales and client visits
- Experience in B2B, HoReCa, FMCG or catering sales is an advantage
- Freshers with strong sales ability and a willingness to learn may also apply
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
*Work Type:* Full-time
*Work Timings:* To be discussed during the interview.
