We are looking for a proactive LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn and other lead generation platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, researching prospects, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team by booking meetings with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
- Qualify leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).




- Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales or Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM tools.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Track daily and weekly KPIs such as leads generated, response rates, and meetings booked.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach campaigns

Required Skills

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Solid knowledge of B2B lead generation and prospecting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Good internet research and data collection skills.
- Ability to create personalized outreach messages.

Pay: ₹9,981.82 - ₹40,368.16 per month
