Social Media Manager (In House)

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence for our micro brew pub and kitchen in Bengaluru. The role will focus on building brand awareness, creating engaging content, driving footfall, and growing our online community across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

About the role

You will own the social media calendar, create photo and video content, manage community engagement, and support marketing campaigns for beer launches, food promotions, events, and special offers. This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality branding, loves storytelling, and enjoys working in a fast-paced pub environment.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and execute the social media strategy across all major platforms.
- Create engaging content, including reels, stories, posts, and short videos.
- Capture on-site photos and videos of food, drinks, ambience, events, and guest experiences.
- Manage comments, messages, reviews, and online community engagement.
- Coordinate with the operations, kitchen, and events teams for timely content.
- Run paid social campaigns and optimize them for reach, engagement, and footfall.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with key insights.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to improve content.

Requirements





- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Good photography, videography, and basic editing skills.
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling ability.
- Experience managing community engagement and brand voice.
- Familiarity with paid social campaigns and performance tracking.
- Ability to work in a hospitality environment and visit the venue regularly.
- Experience in food, beverage, pub, brewery, or hospitality brands is preferred.

Preferred skills

- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar editing platforms.
- Understanding of Bengaluru’s food, nightlife, and hospitality audience.
- Confidence in front of the camera.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during event hours when required.
