Executive - Presales

Roles & Responsibilities

· Improving lead management processes for enabling maximum lead conversion.

· Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads

· Conduct research and gather information about potential clients' businesses, industry trends, and competitors.

· Engage with potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and any medium needed

· Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients and team members

· Making calls to the customer for fixing an appointment for the site visit. Ø Arranging Physical customer site visits. Ø Guiding and explaining project details to the customers. Ø Regular Follow up with customers for the booking.

· Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers and customer history details for seamless management at all times

· Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and managing their expectations





· Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and target markets.

Skills/ Competencies

· "Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.

· Positive selling and negotiation skills

· Excellent oral communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure with extremely tight deadlines

· Thorough understanding of Real Estate"

Technical Skills & Knowledge

· Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc)

· CRM (Customer Relationship Management Tools) like ERP software Highrise, Farvision, In4 Suite"

Experience & Educational Qualifications

· "Bachelor's degree preferred

· Real estate experience in Pre-Sales : 1-2 years"
