POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Department: Engineering / Software Development Employment Type: Full

Time Work Mode: Onsite (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday)

Compensation: -6.5-9LPA ( depends upon the talent)

Experience Required: Minimum 5-6 Years of Corporate Experience

Location: Pune

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver robust software solutions. - Participate in system design discussions and technical planning. -Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.



- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Integrate third-party APIs and services where required. - Maintain technical documentation for applications and development processes. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 5-6 yearsof corporate software development experience. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). -

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with GO Lang and JAVA Springboot

enabled applications is an added advantage. - Relevant technical certifications are preferred. - Experience working on

enterprise-level software projects.
