Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and understand their learning and career goals.
- Explain course modules, curriculum, certifications, and career opportunities in Python, Data Science, AI, and other technology programs.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with walk-in and online enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by building trust and addressing candidate questions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Stay updated on technology trends and the institute's course offerings to confidently answer student queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of Python, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technology domains.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
- Solid interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, non-technical language.




- Comfortable speaking with students, parents, and working professionals.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in academic counselling, admissions, EdTech, inside sales, or customer relationship management.
- Background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Full-Stack Development, or Digital Marketing courses is an added advantage.
