Job Summary

To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
10+ years of experience, including as a Project Manager in the Medical Devices domain.
Strong technical background in C, C++, Embedded Linux and V&V.;
Experience managing medical device software development and testing projects.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery.
Experience in stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality processes.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including software, systems, V&V;, and regulatory teams.
Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks.
Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, execution tracking, and release management.
Coordinate with customers, product owners, engineering teams, and leadership stakeholders.
Monitor project metrics, identify risks, and ensure timely mitigation.
