Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with potential clients, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up on leads and maintain solid client relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update customer data in the system
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling is required
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu are mandatory
- Proficiency in additional regional languages (Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil)

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) is required
- Knowledge of LinkedIn tools will be considered an added advantage
