Incorporated in 2018, we are into manufacturing of quality checking fixtures for evaluating various automotive parts. We ensure to keep the delivery on time and follow the necessary statutory compliances. The design team uses computer aided design software to design the product as per the customer requirements.

We use Computer Aided Manufacturing programming and Computerised Numerical Controlled machine to manufacture parts as per design,The manufactured parts are inspected using computerised coordinate measuring machines and later the parts are assembled together and delivered to the customer.

We have the following requirements in our company for various positions.

CNC PROGRAMMER

We are looking Diploma/ITI in mechanical engineering to carry out skilled work using a CNC machine. To programme/set up, monitor, operate and maintain vertical machining centres to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Select & instal the appropriate tools, fixtures, and programs for VMC’s.

Machine parts according to technical drawings and specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during machining operations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.

Qualifications:

- Technical degree or certification in machining or a related field preferred.




- Proven experience as a VMC Operator and Setter or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: 15000 - 30000 per month

CNC OPERATOR

We are looking Diploma/ITI in mechanical engineering to carry out skilled work using a CNC machine. To monitor the CNC machine to perform the allocated tasks to meet targets, criteria and deadlines.

Ensuring the machine runs smoothly by regularly checking, cleaning, and performing routine maintenance tasks

- Loading and unloading materials
- Identifying the cause of problems that arise during the manufacturing process and determining how to resolve them.
- Performing proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories
- Keeping a record of the machine's actions

Job Types: Full time, Walk-In

Salary: 12500 - 20000 per month

Education: Diploma/ITI

Experience: CNC Programming: Min 2 years (Preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
