Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure the cinema premises are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
- Ensure all auditoriums, lobbies, washrooms, concession areas, offices, and back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate work to housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and raise timely requisitions.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, chemical handling, grooming, and safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for timely resolution of housekeeping-related issues.
- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and daily reports.
- Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping professionally and ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements





- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in hotels, malls, multiplexes, hospitals, or commercial establishments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Positive knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word) is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Telugu.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualification

- Intermediate / Graduate preferred.
- Housekeeping or Hospitality certification will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
