Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and target-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right professional courses and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counselling abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Understand students' educational background and career aspirations.
- Recommend suitable courses based on individual career goals.
- Explain course curriculum, certifications, career opportunities, fee structure, and payment options.
- Follow up with prospective students until admission is completed.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with academic and administration teams for student onboarding.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.





Qualification

- 1-3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Education Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong counselling and convincing skills.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- CRM knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
