Role Summary

We are hiring an energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various client requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who want to grow their career in recruitment and HR operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Screening

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Screen resumes and match profiles as per job requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic screening
- Evaluate candidate experience, skills, and job fit

2. Candidate Coordination

- Schedule interviews between candidate and client
- Follow up with candidates for updates and feedback
- Guide candidates regarding job roles, salary, and interview process
- Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience

3. Requirement Understanding

- Understand detailed job descriptions from the Recruitment Manager
- Clarify hiring priorities and deadlines
- Select candidates who match required skillset

4. Database & Reporting

- Maintain and update candidate database




- Track daily submissions and interview schedules
- Share daily reports with the Recruitment Manager
- Keep records organized for future requirements

5. Closure & Follow-Up

- Ensure selected candidates join the company/client
- Maintain follow-up until successful onboarding
- Support team in achieving monthly hiring targets

Required Skills

- Good communication (Hindi + English)
- Strong sourcing skills
- Comfortable with calling candidates
- Ability to understand job requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
- Fast learner and target-oriented

Qualifications

- Graduation required
- 6 months – 2 years of experience
- Experience in BPO/Telecalling/Recruitment is a plus
