Position 1: Typist (Hybrid Available)
We are seeking an efficient Typist to handle legal documentation, case files, and official correspondence.
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from office + at court for some time)
- Key Responsibilities: Type legal drafts, format case documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Requirements: Good typing speed and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word. Prior experience in legal typing is a plus but not mandatory.
Position 2: Front Desk Receptionist (Strictly In-Office)
We are looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and client interactions.
- Work Mode: 100% In-Office (No remote option)
- Key Responsibilities: Greet clients, answer and route phone calls, manage office schedules,
and handle basic paperwork.
- Requirements: Strong communication skills, polite demeanor, and basic computer knowledge.
Salary & Compensation
