We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations for our educational consultancy. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
- Manage onboarding and induction process for new hires
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluations
- Handle attendance, leave records, and HR reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices
- Support employee engagement and retention activities
- Manage daily and monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closures
- Track recruitment pipeline and prepare daily/weekly performance reports
- Follow up with candidates to ensure joining and target achievement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the educational consultancy or training sector is a plus
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
