We are looking to hire a Chartered Accountant with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage our

Virtual CFO Services client based in Gandhidham.

This is a role for a motivated professional who can combine strong execution capability with people management skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client engagements, dealing with client team, strengthening delivery quality.

The ideal candidate should be ambitious, enthusiastic, willing to learn, comfortable with technology adoption, and ready to stay in Gandhidham.

The client is present in the multiple businesses spread across Hospitality, Chemical production, Waste Management, Real Estate, Mining etc.

Key Responsibilities

A. Client Delivery / Execution

 Lead end-to-end delivery of Virtual CFO / CFO Advisory assignment for the above referred client.

 Oversee preparation and review of:

o MIS and management reporting

o Costing, Budgeting and forecasting

o Cash flow planning and working capital management

o Financial analysis and performance tracking

o Monthly / quarterly finance reviews

o Profitability analysis

o Financial controls and process improvement initiatives

 Act as a trusted advisor to clients on finance, business performance, controls, and decision-

making.

 Ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency in service delivery.

 Understand client business models and proactively identify issues, risks, and opportunities.

B. Team Leadership

 Lead, mentor, and supervise team members from the client team.

C. Technology & Process Automation





 Drive adoption of technology in finance operations and advisory delivery.

 Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, dashboarding, workflow streamlining,

and better reporting systems.

 Work with accounting / reporting / ERP / BI / productivity tools to improve efficiency and

quality.

 Stay updated with current tools and practices relevant to finance transformation and managed finance services.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

 Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

 Experience in CA Firm/Virtual CFO / CFO Advisory / outsourced finance / financial

controllership / finance consulting / business finance

 Good understanding of finance, reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, and business

performance management

 Ability to handle both execution and client-facing responsibilities

 Based in Gandhidham or willing to relocate
