Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identification of suitable tenders / enquiries / new white spaces for business growth and expansion.
- Mapping of high potential opportunities and plan entry strategy including vendor registration, cold calls etc.
- All related pre-sales activity including technical presentations, drawing out of BOM and costing, preparation and submission of bids, negotiation, follow up among others.
- Support consistent & continual delivery on and retention of existing business.
- Execute decisions aimed at steering delivery on initial orders, on time and in full.
- Customer Relationship Management with current and existing customers.
- Development of human resources in the team.
- Any other duties as may be delegated periodically.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineer with minimum 8 years experience in Industrial Sales, B2B selling of process equipment, material handling systems, custom fabricated components and equipment and/or hydraulic equipment.
- A PG in Business, while not a prerequisite, would be appreciated.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and one other language required.
