Store Officer

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Officer to manage Raw Material (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) inventory, oversee dispatch and logistics activities, and maintain accurate inventory records in Tally Prime. The candidate should have strong knowledge of store operations, inventory control, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper material identification and segregation.
- Perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory with Tally Prime.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Supervise loading, unloading, and proper storage of materials.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, issue slips, dispatch challans, and other store documents.
- Update all inventory transactions in Tally Prime.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for stock reconciliation and audit requirements.
- Share daily dispatch details, including LR copies and shipment documents, with customers via email.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods.




- Maintain freight records, vehicle details, and proof of delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in store operations involving both RM and FG.
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of inventory management and stock control.
- Knowledge of GST documentation and dispatch procedures.
- Robust organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Candidate

- 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing industry store operations.
- Experience handling inventory, logistics coordination, and dispatch documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
