Job Description – Sales Engineer (Air Compressors)

Position: Sales Engineer – Air Compressors

Location: Chennai / Hosur

Experience: 2–5 Years (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new customers for air compressor sales.

- Promote reciprocating and screw air compressors, spare parts, and AMC services.

- Visit customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable compressor solutions.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Coordinate with the service team for installation and after-sales support.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Submit customer visit reports and sales updates.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E.



in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of air compressors and compressed air applications.

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.

- Customer relationship management.

- Willingness to travel for customer visits.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Pay: ₹8,759.42 - ₹29,299.41 per month
