About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR & People Operations Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, people management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing people, processes, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Handle employee onboarding and HR operations
- Manage teams and coordinate employee performance
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR administration
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements
- Manage people-related matters and support a positive work environment
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
- Strong experience in people management and HR operations




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ownership and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a digital marketing, advertising, or startup agency will be preferred

Significant Information

✅ Work From Office – Noida
✅ 6 Days Working – Monday to Saturday
✅ Candidates from Noida / Delhi NCR preferred
✅ Agency experience will be given preference
✅ Candidate must be comfortable managing people, HR operations, and recruitment
