Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Generate qualified leads through CPs, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and direct sourcing.
- Drive site visits, customer meetings, and sales conversions.
- Build robust relationships with channel partners and ensure regular engagement.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sourcing MIS reports.
- Achieve monthly sourcing, booking, and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, channel partner management, or business development.
- Strong network of channel partners and brokers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel.
