Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare cost proposals for variations, including cost breakdowns, labor, plant, and material substantiation
- Ensure compliance with ADDC, TAQA, TRANSCO, FEWA, SEWA, DEWA, and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct site visits, drawing analysis, and RFQ/tender reviews to assess project scope and constraints.
- Source quotations from approved subcontractors and vendors, prepare comparison sheets, and negotiate prices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates and material costs.
- Ensure accuracy in tendering, contractual terms, and conditions.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in Abu Dhabi infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of subcontractors, vendors, and market pricing.
- Proficiency in cost estimation, variation pricing, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Should be open to relocation to Dubai

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
