- Responsibilities: Own India Insurance F&A; operations strategy execution, P&L; performance, and margin expansion.
- Lead end-to-end delivery across global centers, ensuring SLA adherence, quality, risk governance, and client confidence.
- Partner with IMUs and client CXOs to convert delivery excellence into growth, expansion, advocacy,



and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Drive AI, analytics, automation, and platform-led transformation across operations with explicit ROI and adoption metrics.

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA (Finance) or equivalent postgraduate qualification; Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
- Strongly Preferred Certifications: CPA (US), ACCA, CIMA, CFA (advantageous), Six Sigma Black Belt / PMP
- Potential next moves include enterprise SGU leadership, broader operations leadership, or Industry & Market Unit leadership.
