About the Role

We are hiring an experienced and result-driven Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment in a quick-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling multiple positions, strong in sourcing, and comfortable working with targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements
- Strong sourcing through portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Hirist, iimjobs, etc.
- Screening, shortlisting, and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Regular follow-ups with candidates and clients until closure
- Salary negotiation, offer coordination,



and joining confirmation
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and reporting

Candidate Requirements

- 4 to 8 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Strong hands-on experience on job portals and database mining
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
- Target-driven and closure-focused approach
- Must be comfortable working in a Recruitment Consultancy setup
