Position: Senior Costing Manager – Billing & Tendering

Location: Mumbai

Department: Commercial / Projects

Experience: 5 to 7+ Years

Relevant Commercial Costing Experience: 2–4 Years (Mandatory)

CTC Range: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Industry (*Hike will be given on last drawn salary)

Preference: Interior Design, Interior Fit-outs, Commercial Interiors, Construction, Architecture,

Turnkey Projects

Primary Objective

To drive project profitability through accurate cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering,

budgeting, billing, cost control, and commercial analysis for interior fit-out projects.

- Support management in commercial decision-making.

Job Specifications:

- Relevant experience of 2-4 years in commercial interior projects mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, costing, and tendering.
- Positive command of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
