Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or any relevant qualification in Computer Engineering with minimum 1+ yr of experience in Android Development.

Job Description:

- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, performance tuning, JSON, XML, REST, Database and third-party libraries.
- Proven expertise in Android Application development using Android Studio, SQL and Android SDK.



Knowledge in Kotlin will be valued.
- Must have Object Oriented programming skills with experience understanding and applying OO design patterns.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
- Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code.
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.
- Ability to clearly write technical specifications and strong estimating and planning skills.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services, continuous integration, cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Understanding of Googles Android Design Principles and Interface guidelines.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Unit testing, bug fixing to improve the performance of the application.
- Proven expertise and up to date with Android SDKs.
- Working knowledge of software development tools (debuggers, emulators, compilers, etc)
- Excellent team player with problem-solving and communication skills. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Exposure to Payment Gateway applications, Firebase, Location-Based Services, Security and Permissions.
