Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls for lead generation, follow-ups, customer engagement, and collection of outstanding payments. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with business clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers to generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM/database.
- Conduct collection calls to follow up on pending payments and invoices.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams for lead status and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Eligibility





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B telecalling, lead generation, telesales, or collection calls.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi language is an advantage.
- Experience in B2B calling and lead generation.
- Ability to handle collection and payment follow-up calls professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word.
- Solid listening, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in the construction, manufacturing, building materials, or industrial products industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
