- Position overview: We are looking for an IT Recruiter to support a global recruitment initiative focused on building strong IT talent pipelines across multiple regions. You will work from India, primarily Pune or Bengaluru, and focus on sourcing within the local IT market while contributing to international hiring efforts. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring partners to identify, engage, and qualify candidates, while contributing to scalable and modern sourcing strategies.
- This position is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

- Responsibilities: Source and engage candidates primarily within the Indian IT market while supporting hiring needs in the UK, US, and Europe
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple IT skill areas with a focus on scalability and quality




- Apply contemporary sourcing techniques including AI driven tools, automation, and structured market mapping
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification aligned with global hiring standards
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring partners to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
- Ensure alignment between local sourcing efforts and international hiring expectations
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidate pipelines, sourcing activities, and outreach performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing tools, workflows, and processes

- Requirements: Experience sourcing IT talent within the Indian market
- Ability to manage cross regional pipelines and adapt sourcing approaches to different markets
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and modern sourcing methodologies
- Experience sourcing IT profiles across a range of technologies
- Strong communication skills in English

- Nice to have: Experience working with remote and multicultural teams
- Hands on experience with AI tools for candidate search, profiling, messaging, or workflow automation
- Experience with US and/or European IT markets
