We are looking for a motivated Software Support Engineer to join our healthcare software team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic SQL Server knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide software support to healthcare clients via phone, email, and remote sessions.

Troubleshoot application issues and assist users with day-to-day operations.

Execute SQL queries for data verification and issue resolution.

Coordinate with the development team to report and track software bugs.

Test new features and updates before deployment.

Maintain support documentation and ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Good verbal and written communication skills.





Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (queries, joins, basic database concepts).

Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of healthcare or hospital management systems is an added advantage.

Familiarity with ASP.NET applications is a plus.

Experience

Freshers can apply.
