Job Description /Responsibilities *

- Sales Support for Green Field / Brown Field Projects

a. Visit the client. Understand his requirements.

b. Prepare the concept drawings in 2D drawing in AutoCAD

as per norms of utility boards / electrical inspector.

c. Work out the estimates and BOQ for Electrical work.

d. Presentation to the clients for proposed plant.

- Project Coordination during Execution

a. Preparation of DBR, Concept drawings, Tender Drawings,

BOQ, Estimate, Tender documents, bidding, tender

evaluations, shop drawing approvals, work inspection at

site and issuance of work completion certificate.

b. Lead the design project from DBR to release of Electrical

work Completion Certificate, which covers DBR, tender

drawings, BOQ, estimates, tender bids, shop drawings,

site visits.

c. Scheduling of the project in Microsoft Office / Google

sheets and tracking of the same.

d. Coordination / Follow up with Designers (Architect,

Structural, PEB Process Layout, MEP) and client for

design basis / technical or any input / approvals on the

drawings.

e. Review of document / drawings submitted by Designers.

Modification in the drawings, if required.

f. Ensure compliance of all statutory norms / rules in the

drawings and same time incorporation of all suggestions

/ comments / site requirements of the clients.

g. Submission of drawings required for statutory approvals

in the format of respective authority.

h. Periodically site visits with designers for work inspections

/ site issue resolutions

i. Design project daily / weekly / monthly report

submission to client.

Project cost monitoring and control, Billing certifications.

- Drawing checking and approvals of third-party vendors.
- Certification of Electrical Installations.
- Audits of Existing Electrical Installations.
- Submission of project status to management.

Desired profile of the candidate *

- Should have valuable technical knowledge of Electrical Field

a. Preparation of Load list, demand calculation, Fault

Current,

b. Preparation of calculation for Transformer sizing, Cable

sizing, Earthing, Lighting, Selection of HT Board, LV

Panels, Switchgears and devices, DG sets.

c. Preparation of drawings in AutoCAD.

d. HT, LV, DG Sets operational schemes and various control

logics for safety and operations.

e. Protection system and Relay Co-ordination including

relay setting.

f. Witness the testing of equipment at Factory, at site and

certify for commissioning.

- Should have good knowledge of Architect and software’s used

for 2D/ 3D and walkthrough.

- Well conversant with Utility Board and Factory Inspectors rules

for building.

- Good Knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office) and MSP
- Good Leadership Qualities.
- Good Communication. Shall able to explain / justify the design

and costing of the projects.

Work experience (Min. & Max.)* 3 to 4 Years

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
