Position Summary

Join our dynamic Event Operations team to gain hands-on experience in planning, organizing, and executing live events. We are looking for energetic, team-oriented individuals eager to learn the ropes of event management from experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

- Pre-Event: Prepare event kits, coordinate logistics, and assist with vendor and venue setup planning.
- Live Event Execution: Manage guest check-ins, guide attendees, assist speakers/VIPs, ensure the timeline stays on track, and resolve on-the-ground issues.
- Post-Event: Support venue breakdown, pack equipment, assist with inventory checks, and gather participant feedback.

Who We Are Looking For

- Background: Students or recent graduates in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!).
- Skills: Robust communication, excellent time-management, and a problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Commitment:



Must be available on event dates and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings.
- Conduct: Punctual, reliable, and able to represent the company with strict professionalism and integrity.
