The Production Trainee will undergo a structured training program to learn the core competencies of vehicle manufacturing and assembly. You will be able to work on a fast-paced automotive production line.

- Learn the Assembly Process: Participate in hands-on training to understand how the production line flows and learn standard safety rules.
- Follow Instructions: Read and follow easy instruction sheets, visual charts, and computer screens at your workstation.
- Assemble Vehicle Parts: Use hand tools, electric power tools, and air wrenches to fit parts like doors, seats, dashboards, lights, or engine parts onto the vehicle frame.
- Check Quality: Inspect your own work to make sure parts are aligned correctly, bolts are tight, and there are no scratches or defects.
- Keep Up with the Line: Complete your specific assembly tasks quickly and accurately so the production line moves smoothly without delays.
