Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and site visits. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties. Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients. Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and internal departments for smooth documentation and closure. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales in CRM.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
