About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Associate with experience in acquiring and managing technology projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services and the ability to generate leads, convert clients, and coordinate project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients for software/web/mobile development projects
- Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project timelines
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in IT/Software services)
- Proven experience in bringing technology projects or clients




- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in international client handling
- Knowledge of digital marketing or lead generation strategies
- Understanding of technologies like Web Development, Mobile Apps, or SaaS
