- This role will function as a team member on a web portal project with development responsibilities (development, documentation, testing, and implementation). Responsibilities include discussions with key stake holders regarding the project timelines and milestones met.

Desired Profile

- Significant Ruby on Rails development experience.
- Solid development skills with at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, PHP).
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
- Experience owning, delivering and maintaining production code and services
- Exposure developing on Linux/Unix. You don't need to be an admin, but you need to be comfortable with a terminal shell
- Javascript / CoffeeScript / JQuery / AngularJS / Backbone
- Strong SQL skills
- Developing, designing, and managing applications in a service-oriented architecture
- Experience on MongoDB will be added advantage.
- Should have used Git as version control for at least one project.
