Qualification: Graduate

Should have knowledge of MS Office.

Experience

- 5 years in a reputed printing press.

Job Responsibilities:

Stores

- Maintain stock of:

o Paper

o Ink

o Lamination films

o Glue

o Chemicals

o Packing material

o Consumables

o Printing plates

Tag all raw materials with size and description.

Ensure incoming raw materials are placed properly in the godown as per the job planning.

Purchase Follow-up

- Follow up with suppliers.
- Track pending deliveries.
- Inform about shortages.
- Maintain minimum stock levels.

Dispatch

- Prepare dispatch schedule.
- Arrange tempo/courier.
- Coordinate with customers.
- Ensure correct quantity is dispatched.




- Prepare dispatch documents.
- Ensure material is properly loaded in the tempo.

Documentation

- Maintain stock registers.
- Update job status.
- Maintain inward/outward records.
- Coordinate with accounts for GRNs and invoices.
