Need fresher as a CRM Executive, Fresher preferred, Graduate or non-graduate both will work.
- Maintain and update customer and opportunity data in CRM system (e.g., Salesforce CRM / Zoho CRM / HubSpot CRM)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries
- Assist in creating daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports
- Support sales team with lead management and opportunity tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and query resolution
- Monitor pipeline updates and follow up with stakeholders for timely updates
- Identify data inconsistencies and help in data cleanup activities
- Maintain documentation and SOPs for CRM processes
