District Project Support officers (DPSO’S) provide vital assistance to Zonel Head and Project Heads. These highly-organised, agile professionals will work on specific projects assigned by OASYS Group.

This project varies from Consultancy/Support services to Govt agencies, Privative and Public sector and local authorities.

All DPSO’s are inextricably responsibilities to the success of the project they are working on. Driving everything forward from planning to implementation, their actions will directly influence the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the project.

Every project is different and therefore their duties will change accordingly. However, for the most part, they will be responsible for monitoring Implementation, Training, Governing project schedules and budgets, preparing progress reports and liaising with key stakeholders.

Training & Progression

The majority of your training will be done ‘on-the-job’ under the supervision of your Zonel Manager or the Country Head. However,



you may occasionally get the opportunity to take part in in-house training sessions in our State Head Quarters or OASYS Head Office in Chennai.

Once you have gained a wealth of project support experience, you may decide to become a programme support officer, where you’ll work on a range of different projects simultaneously. Alternatively, you might decide to make the step up into project management.

Some project support officers choose to work on a freelance basis, putting their administrative expertise to good use on projects with tight deadlines for a range of different clients.

- Must be Post Graduate
- Should be of Pleasing Personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
- Comfortable in Travelling
- Ability to Influence, Convince and Persuade
