About the role: Sr. BIM Engineer-MEP should have experience on international projects.

Responsibilities: • Develop detailed 3D electrical models using Revit MEP based on design inputs, schematics, and mark-ups. • Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to ensure design integration and clash-free models.

- Create accurate electrical layouts including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, Conduiting, containment, and low current systems & Extraction of Schedules.
- Prepare coordinated shop drawings,



installation drawings, and as-built drawings from the BIM model.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks Manage.
- Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and company CAD/BIM guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM software, tools, and industry best practices.
- Support the BIM Manager in training and mentoring junior BIM modellers.

Candidate requirements: • Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5-15 years of experience in BIM modelling, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Expert in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
- Familiar with BIM 360, Dynamo (preferred), and other BIM collaboration platforms.
- Robust understanding of electrical engineering concepts and design standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, BS).
- Experience in working on large-scale commercial, residential, healthcare, or infrastructure projects.
