[Job Overview]

Starmax is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of detergents and cleaning products, building robust customer relationships, and expanding our presence in the market.

[Responsibilities]

Promote and sell Starmax detergents, cleaning chemicals, and household cleaning products.

Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, and commercial customers.

Identify new sales opportunities and generate new business.

Conduct regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat orders.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Present product features, benefits, and promotional offers to customers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.





Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely product delivery and payment collection.

[Qualifications]

Not necessary, but good negotiation and communication skill is a mandatory.

2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, detergents, cleaning products, or consumer goods.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory (preferred).
