Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, industries, and HR professionals.
- Identify and secure internship and placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate campus interviews, recruitment drives, and placement events.
- Organize career guidance sessions, resume-building workshops, mock interviews, and aptitude training.
- Collaborate with employers to understand hiring requirements and match suitable candidates.
- Maintain and expand the corporate database through regular follow-ups and networking.
- Achieve monthly placement targets and maintain placement records and reports.
- Coordinate industrial visits, guest lectures, and industry interaction programs.
- Support students throughout the placement process and ensure placement readiness.
- Represent the institute at job fairs, networking events, and corporate meetings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.




- 0–5 years of experience in Placement, HR, Recruitment, Corporate Relations, Business Development, or Educational Institutions.
- Freshers with excellent communication and networking skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
- Willingness to travel for corporate visits and recruitment activities.
