Job Description – HR Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Freshers and students pursuing HR or related fields are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Assist in onboarding process of new employees.
- Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Help in posting job openings on various platforms.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers.





Requirements

- Pursuing or completed graduation in any stream (HR preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
- Basic understanding of recruitment process.
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups.
