Role Overview: Maxpo Exhibitions is seeking fresh graduates for the role of Growth & Partnerships Associate. This role focuses on connecting with potential partners, generating business opportunities, and supporting the growth of our exhibitions.

Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential exhibitors, developers, and partners
- Generate leads through market research and outreach activities
- Conduct introductory calls and follow-ups with prospects




- Explain event opportunities and partnership benefits
- Support in onboarding clients and exhibitors for events
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and partners
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth event execution
- Track leads and update CRM systems regularly

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
