Job Summary

Ecofinitive Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works for two ongoing CPWD building projects in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, with a combined project value exceeding ₹75 Crores. The candidate should have strong experience in execution, coordination, billing, and quality control as per CPWD specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute all MEP works in accordance with CPWD specifications, drawings, and IS Codes.
- Coordinate with CPWD officials, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and review MEP shop drawings, BOQs, and quantity estimations.
- Plan and monitor electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, and ELV works.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely execution.
- Prepare measurement books (MB), billing, variation/extra item proposals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with civil team for smooth integration of MEP services.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and handing over activities.




- Monitor material planning, procurement, and site progress.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in execution of Government/Institutional building projects.
- Experience in CPWD projects is mandatory (preferred).
- Thorough knowledge of CPWD Specifications, DSR, IS Codes, and Government project procedures.
- Ability to independently handle complete MEP execution from planning to commissioning.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project (preferred).
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
