Job Summary

Neoteric World School is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to support the admissions team by engaging with prospective parents, handling inquiries, and promoting the school's admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective parents and respond to admission-related inquiries.
- Explain the school's admission process, programs, and facilities.
- Follow up with leads and schedule counselling sessions or campus visits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and inquiries.




- Coordinate with the Admissions Team to ensure smooth admission processing.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets while maintaining professional communication.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
