Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging content for Shyaway social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Confidently appear in reels, videos, and other brand-led content
- Script, plan, and execute short-form video content aligned with trends, campaigns, and brand voice
- Shoot and coordinate content production using mobile or basic camera setups
- Edit basic videos for reels, stories, and social media posts
- Design straightforward creatives, story posts, thumbnails, and social media assets using basic design tools
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes




- Coordinate with branding and marketing teams for campaign execution
- Support content calendar planning and post scheduling
- Track content performance and suggest creative improvements based on insights

Requirements

- 1–3 years of social media/content creation experience
- Comfortable on camera
- Knowledge of canva /Photoshop & basic video editing
- Creative and trend-aware
- Fashion/lifestyle content experience is a plus

Preferred Skills

- Trend spotting & meme marketing
- Good visual sense
- Proactive and self-driven
