Business Development Executive – Recruitment

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the recruitment industry to drive current client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and hiring managers.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of business development experience in the recruitment industry.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.




- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
