- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues before they impact operations.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Document and communicate incident resolutions and best practices to improve team efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Redis.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cassandra DataStax.
- Strong understanding of database management and caching mechanisms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to distributed systems.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Redis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
