Business Development Executive – Kiosk GO DESi | Field Sales

What you'll do

- Own revenue across assigned kiosk locations (highway restaurants, high-footfall zones)
- Manage and motivate a team of on-ground promoters — rostering, training, daily activities
- Identify and onboard new kiosk sites; negotiate placement terms with location partners
- Ensure kiosk uptime, VM compliance, and stock availability at all times
- Track daily sell-through, report anomalies, and course-correct fast
- Be the face of GO DESi in your territory — build relationships with location managers and franchise operators

What we're looking for

- 2–4 years in field sales or FMCG distribution — highway/QSR/travel retail exposure is a plus
- Proven track record managing blue-collar or promoter teams in the field
- High mobility, high ownership — this role lives on the road
- Comfort with basic sales reporting tools and WhatsApp-based ops coordination
- Local language fluency essential;
