Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our team in Pondicherry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about preparing hygienic, nutritious, and delicious meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals according to the daily menu.
- Ensure food is prepared with quality, taste, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory and inform management about stock requirements.
- Store food items properly and minimize wastage.
- Follow food safety guidelines and kitchen procedures.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Cook in a hotel, restaurant, hospital, or similar establishment.
- Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine.




- Experience in preparing Kerala cuisine will be an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work in Pondicherry.

Preferred Qualification:

- Relevant experience in cooking (1–3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of Kerala-style vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes is highly desirable.
