About the Role
India Tour Group is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our team as Senior Executive – Inbound Travel Operations & Sales. The selected candidates will handle international travel enquiries, prepare customised tour itineraries, coordinate tour operations, and provide exceptional service to overseas clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound travel enquiries from international clients.
- Prepare customised tour itineraries and quotations.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and local partners.
- Manage bookings and daily tour operations.
- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Deliver excellent customer support before, during, and after the tour.
- Maintain booking records and communication professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of the inbound travel market is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Indian tourist destinations and tour planning.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to prepare professional itineraries and quotations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online travel tools.
- Strong organisational, sales, and customer service skills.
